Our Commitment to Quality Management

Our Commitment to Quality Management

Quality is paramount in our welding services. We meticulously check the flatness and diagonal accuracy of every welded piece, using marble platforms for inspection or providing samples to outsourced quality services for independent verification. Our post-weld processes, including chemical treatments for blackened areas and seam cleaning, comply with all regulations for safety and environmental impacts.

The final surface grinding, especially for stainless steel and aluminum, adheres to client-provided standards or sample comparisons, depending upon your needs. Our internal quality assurance team conducts final inspections before packaging and shipping, ensuring only the highest quality products leave our facility.

Quotation

Typically, standard quotations are provided within 5 days, while more complex design drawings may require 7-10 days for a comprehensive response.

We accept and work with design files in AutoCAD and SolidWorks formats. For 2D drawings, DWG and DXF formats are preferred, while for 3D drawings, we recommend STP and IGS formats.

We accept sketches, 2D, and 3D files. However, if providing a sketch, there may be an additional charge for computer-aided drawing services.

The lead time for sample production depends on the complexity of the drawing, the completeness of the provided files, and whether surface treatment is required. Typically, it is within 2 weeks. Feel free to contact us for a quotation.

Process

TAIWA exclusively uses leading Japanese brands for our welding equipment, including Hitachi, Yaskawa, and Amada. This ensures high precision and quality in all our welding projects.

Our skilled technicians can weld a variety of materials such as iron, galvanized steel, stainless steel (white iron), and aluminum. However, we do not weld copper in our facility.

We pay meticulous attention to the post-welding appearance. Our experienced technicians focus on delivering aesthetically pleasing welds, complemented by thorough grinding and finishing processes to enhance the overall look of the welded product.

Yes, we provide tailored welding solutions based on strength requirements. We discuss with you to choose the best welding method, whether it’s full-perimeter welding or spot welding. We also conduct prototype testing to reach a mutual agreement before finalizing the designs.

Our team closely collaborates with designers to anticipate and minimize thermal expansion and contraction-related deformation. We use specialized jigs and platforms, tailored to the complexity of the workpiece, to ensure dimensional accuracy and perform adjustments post-welding if necessary.

Absolutely. TAIWA offers comprehensive consulting and technical services for all aspects of welding engineering. Our team of experts is available to provide insights and recommendations to you for any welding project.

Yes, we provide weld seam cleaning services, particularly important for products used in the food and medical equipment industries. Our process uses chemicals that meet regulatory requirements to ensure cleanliness and safety.

We can provide additional information regarding the strength of our welds in your particular application. Our extensive experience and technical expertise enable us to meet diverse strength requirements for different projects.

Our facility has established in-house inspection SOPs for weld seam quality. Although we do not currently use infrared detection, we offer third-party certification services through collaboration with the Metal Center (Taichung) for more rigorous verification needs.
